Mark Lubin · Systems & Platform Architect | AI Infrastructure, Agent Platforms & Distributed Systems
I’m a systems and platform architect with ten years at Amazon building distributed systems across payments, Prime Video, and AWS Marketplace. My current independent work applies that background to agent platforms, with a focus on traceable context and memory, evaluation, and reliability for long-running agents.
Synix turns source material into traceable, searchable context that can be rebuilt incrementally as inputs change.
An evaluation project that tests whether memory choices preserve coherence as tasks and conditions change.
A unifying framework I developed for modeling the long-term coherence of multi-agent systems.
At Amazon, I led high-throughput payment work, built migration and quality systems for Prime Video, and developed platform capabilities for AWS Marketplace. Across this work, I set direction across services and teams and carried changes through production. I now work independently on Synix, LENS, and CDR alongside my role as a Software Engineer at Kinelo.
